You vault read-only credentials with us once. GeniTwin can read your hub. It cannot write to it, post as you, or touch your members. The key lives in a vault, and you can rotate it at any time.

Twin

The sync engine mirrors your website, community, and CRM into your own Vercel and Supabase accounts, on the cadences in the coverage table. Continuous, unattended, and reconciled against the source every pass.

STEP 03

Verify

Every month you receive an integrity report: entities twinned, checksums matched, surfaces out of scope restated. Growth plans add a quarterly restore drill, executed by our team and stamped into the record.

What 'activation' means — and what it doesn't.

Two definitions and the fee table. Read this before you buy.

Activation is not setup, and it is not a setup fee.

Setup

Setup is the one-time work to connect your hub and build your twin. It costs $495 per hub, and it is waived on annual plans. It happens once. It is never a recurring charge.

Activation

Activation is an optional, on-demand event — never an automatic charge. When you trigger it, we take your already-synced twin and bring it live as your working site: DNS cutover, verification, and a restore drill, executed by our team. You only ever pay for activation if you use it.

08 — Questions

Short answers.

It lands in accounts you own. GeniTwin reads your hub through read-only credentials, writes the twin into your Supabase, Vercel, and storage, then verifies the copy by checksum. We keep connection metadata and report history. Your content stays in your infrastructure.

Direct messages and gamification — points, badges, leaderboards. ESTAGE does not expose these surfaces to third-party sync. We list them as out of scope on this page, so you decide with the full picture.

You do. The twin runs on your Supabase and Vercel accounts, under your keys. GeniTwin holds the orchestration layer: vaulted credentials, monitoring, metering, and reporting.

Sync stops at the end of the billing term. The twin stays where it always was: in your accounts, under your keys. Nothing is held hostage.

Nothing happens immediately. If your hub stays above 5,000 members for 7 consecutive days — the count is taken from the nightly member sync — we notify the account owner by email and in-dashboard banner, and the hub moves from Twin Starter ($47/mo) to Twin Growth ($97/mo) at the start of the next billing cycle. The change is never mid-cycle. The rule is symmetric: if membership drops back below 5,000 for 7 consecutive days, the hub moves back down to Twin Starter on the same terms.

Activation is not setup and not a setup fee. Setup ($495, waived on annual plans) is the one-time work to connect your hub and build your twin. Activation is an optional, on-demand event: we take your already-synced twin and bring it live as your working site — DNS cutover, verification, and a restore drill, executed by our team. Privacy Policy

Effective — October 1, 2026

1. Who we are

GeniTwin is a digital-twin synchronization service for ESTAGE hub owners and the agencies that manage them. We continuously mirror your website, community content, and CRM contacts into cloud accounts you own, verify the copies by checksum, and report on them monthly. This policy explains what information we handle, what we deliberately never touch, and the rights you hold over both. Questions about this policy go to info@genitwin.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to run:

  • Account details — your name, email address, and account preferences, provided when you sign up or contact us.
  • Billing records — payment confirmations and invoice history. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
  • Hub connection data — hub identifiers, API endpoints, sync configurations, and job metadata needed to route and monitor your synchronization.
  • Credentials — the read-only platform credentials you choose to provide for synchronization. These are stored encrypted in a credential vault, treated as your property, and are never sold, never rented, and never shared for marketing. They carry read scopes only: GeniTwin cannot write to your hub.

3. What we never touch

Some surfaces are out of scope by design, and we say so up front:

  • End-user direct messages are out of scope. They are never accessed, never synced, and never visible to us or our tooling.
  • Gamification data — points, badges, leaderboards — is out of scope for the same reason.
  • We do not read your community content for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond mechanical replication and integrity verification.

We do not sell personal information to anyone, for any reason.

4. Where your twin lives, and who else sees it

Your twin is written to Supabase, Vercel, and storage accounts owned by you — not to infrastructure we lease on your behalf. GeniTwin's own systems keep only the operational layer: sync logs, checksum records, connection metadata, and report history. You remain the controller of your members' and contacts' data; we act as your processor.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our hosting provider, payment processor, and email delivery provider. They receive the minimum they need and are contractually bound not to use it for other purposes. We keep a subprocessor list current and will notify customers before material changes.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies. We run no advertising analytics, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting. The client dashboard uses only the essential technical storage required to keep you signed in and to display your sync status.

6. Retention

Operational metadata is kept while your subscription is active, then deleted or anonymized within 90 days of cancellation, except where tax, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations require a longer retention. Your twin itself lives in your accounts and is unaffected by our retention schedule — it is yours to keep or delete.

7. Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR grants you the following rights over your personal information, and we extend them to all customers wherever they are:

  • Access — receive a copy of the account and operational records we hold about you.
  • Correction — correct inaccurate details we hold.
  • Deletion — request deletion of records we no longer need to keep.
  • Portability — receive your data in a usable format and have it transferred elsewhere.
  • Restriction and objection — ask us to limit or stop processing in certain circumstances.
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@genitwin.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Credentials are vaulted and encrypted, access follows least privilege, and data moves over encrypted connections. No system is perfect — if we ever detect a breach involving vaulted credentials or operational metadata, we will notify affected customers promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and notify active customers of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Terms of Service

Effective — October 1, 2026

1. The service

GeniTwin provides continuous synchronization of your ESTAGE website, community content, and CRM contacts into Supabase and Vercel accounts owned by you. Concretely, GeniTwin supplies:

  • the orchestration layer that runs sync jobs on the cadences in the public coverage table,
  • vaulted, encrypted storage of the read-only credentials you provide,
  • monitoring, metering, and reporting, including monthly integrity reports.

The twin is written to your accounts. It is yours at all times — GeniTwin holds no secondary copy of your content.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Maintain your accounts — keep your Supabase, Vercel, and storage accounts, and your hub connection, in good standing and with valid access.
  • Keep access current — notify us promptly of credential changes, revoked keys, or anything else that could interrupt synchronization.
  • Own or be licensed for what you twin — confirm you have the right to replicate the content your hub synchronizes.
  • Respect the platform's terms and limits — sync runs inside ESTAGE's API limits and rate caps, and you remain bound by ESTAGE's own terms of service.

3. Scope: covered and out of scope

We publish a public coverage table and hold to it:

  • Covered — website pages and media library; community threads, posts, comments, and reactions; member records and profiles; CRM contact records and fields.
  • Out of scope — end-user direct messages; gamification (points, badges, leaderboards). These surfaces are not exposed to third-party sync, so they are never accessed or replicated.

We do not claim 100% capture. Synchronization is constrained by platform APIs, and out-of-scope surfaces will not sync. The public coverage table is the product promise.

4. Definitions: setup, health check, activation

These three terms mean distinct things. Precision here is deliberate.

  • Setup is the one-time work to connect your hub and build your twin. $495 per hub, waived for annual plans. It happens once; it is not a recurring charge; it is not activation.
  • Twin Health Check is a one-time audit of your hub's twin-readiness: what will twin, what will not, and the plan to close the gap. $297, credited in full toward setup.
  • Activation is an optional, on-demand event that you request. We take your already-synced twin and bring it live as your working site: DNS cutover, verification, and a restore drill, executed by our team. You pay for activation only if you use it — $497 per activation on Twin Starter; one activation per year included on Twin Growth. Activation is not setup and is not a setup fee.

5. Plans and billing

  • Twin Starter — $47/mo per hub, up to 5,000 members.
  • Twin Growth — $97/mo per hub, over 5,000 members.
  • Agency packs — Launch $397/mo (5 hubs); Growth $997/mo (15 hubs); Scale $1,997/mo (40 hubs). White-labeling is included in every pack.

Annual billing is the default and takes 2 months free ($470/yr Twin Starter, $970/yr Twin Growth). Monthly billing is available at full price with a 3-month minimum. Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes. Pack limits apply per subscription month; additional hubs are billed by mutual agreement before provisioning.

Member growth rule. Each hub's member count is metered from the nightly member sync. When a hub stays above 5,000 members for 7 consecutive days, the account owner is notified — by email and with an in-dashboard banner — that the hub will move from Twin Starter ($47/mo) to Twin Growth ($97/mo) at the start of the next billing cycle. The change never takes effect mid-cycle.

The rule is symmetric: when a hub stays below 5,000 members for 7 consecutive days, the account owner is notified the same way, and the hub moves back down to Twin Starter at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Term and termination

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel in writing before your renewal date; synchronization stops at the end of the paid term. Your twin stays where it always was — in your accounts, under your keys. Vaulted credentials and connection metadata are deleted or anonymized within 90 days of termination.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund, or where we materially fail to deliver the service after you have notified us and given us 14 days to cure. Setup and Twin Health Check fees are for work performed and are non-refundable once the work begins.

8. Fair use

The service is built for ordinary hub workloads. If your sync volume materially exceeds what your plan is priced for, we will ask you to move to a plan that covers it before taking any other action.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeniTwin's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost revenue or lost content — or for interruptions caused by platform changes, API changes, or your own accounts. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis; nothing here diminishes consumer rights where they apply.

10. Indemnity

You indemnify GeniTwin against third-party claims arising from content you direct us to twin or from your misuse of the service, to the extent the law allows.

11. Changes to these terms

Material changes take effect on notice to active customers. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
